Anyone been to Talladega?

I went years ago back in '86.

I had a decent time I guess, but nothing mind-blowing.




After Earnhardt's death, I'm not near as interested in NASCAR anymore. 
I definitely pull for the DEI drivers and some of the Chevy guys since I'm a hardcore bowtie person,
but it seems to have turned in to just a bunch of guys driving in circles.

Don't go. Way to many rednecks in one place for my taste. And I love NASCAR. Favorite race to attend... Daytona by far. Only went to two Talladega races and police and vomit were involved in both instances.

If you go take your own Pork Rinds and Bush in the can, I hear they sell out early around there.
