How many takles did he have during that Arkansas game???  The guy might be over rated but he is a leader on the field and thats what KC needs.  Hey atleast KC drafted D instead of trading there pick for a box of envelopes and a bag a skittles!!!

KC needs D - no doubt about it.  I think DJ will be a good addition (as just about anything would have helped. . .).  I will give him credit for the sideline to sideline, as he is one of the best I have ever seen.  His weakness is making a play with the point of contact coming right at him.  Thats not as big of a deal in the NFL, as most DL can stuff an interior run.  But most NFL teams don't rely on only the zone play for a running attack, negating his down the line ability.

The year before we were calling it the 32 defense and stuck with them this past year.  I did not realize we made that much improvement to move up to 31.

Watch out, NFL, the Chiefs are going to win at least 12 games this year and have an outside chance of not choking in the playoffs. 

It's time for Northwest Arkansas to jump on the Kansas City bandwagon and support a team that is not only three and a half hours away, but might just win the AFC.
