Change the Hogville setting

Can the Admins change the Simple Machines configuration that continuously asks us if we want to read the new posts before we post our post?  You cannot post during a game and that's a pretty bad use case.

I think there's an option for that somewhere in your profile.  It used to do that for me and doesn't anymore, so I'm pretty sure I found where you can turn that off.
