The NCAA restricts the amount of practice time in spring and how many practices you can have leading up to fall, and now they are going to allow Big10 to practice all fall, play in the spring, and the start fall practices up again in August? Will they give them spring practice too, in mid summer I guess?

I'm not sure NFL players practice that much in offseason.

why would the players want to practice without Games . The games are what you work hard for . 20 hours a week of practice but no payoff ? And how Does this make it any safer for players than Playing games . You still have the contact in Practice . BIG 10 BS .

They aren't playing in the spring. Would be completely shocked.

Even if they did(which they won't) they should not practice for those games until November/December. NCAA is scared to death and most likely look the other way.....

If it is too dangerous to play it is to practice.  That makes no sense to let them practice but not play on Saturdays.
