Did not watch to see why, but he fell back into 13-15 after leading the first 40 or so laps.  Phoenix turned into a fuel race and he had to pit late ending up 21st

Thanks! Fuel race gag. If Goodyear doesn't make a tire that wears out the racing is going to stink.
