Adobe Flash re: the Soaps!!!!!!!!

Every Hogville screen I flip to, this dammm thing pops up right in the middle of my field of view.  (I'm not repeatedly rolling over it either)  I don't seem to have problems with it on other sites that use it.  Is this a Hogville foul-up or my own?

As a follow up, I also had the same problem with this flash player on another news site.  Same ads.  I uninstalled the flash player using an unstaller from

http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=tn_14157&sliceId=1

then reinstalled it.
