War Memorial Stadium: What time does Scholarship Parking open?

For the life of me, I can't find when the scholarship parking lots open for tailgaters @ War Memorial this weekend!!!

Anyone know?  I can't remember if all the lots open at the same time or if the scholarship lots are different than the "paid parking" by Markham. 

Any help is appreciated!
