I've been going every year since 2001.  We've only won twice, 2001 and 2007.  This is the first year they won't be playing in Tuscaloosa.  They played well tonight, but they won't beat us in BWA.

Indeed.  2006 was an especially painful memory.  Ronnie Brewer caught fire in the 2nd half and we were up 13 with about 8 to go.  They make a run, but we're still up 3 with a few seconds to go.  Dontell Jefferson fouls Ronald Steele shooting a 3 with no time on the clock.  Steele hits 3 FTs and sends the game to OT and Bama wins.  That game still bothers me because refs were truly pathetic down the stretch even by SEC standards.

I don't think Bama plays in a dump.  I'm pretty sure they spent a significant amount of money a couple of years ago to do a nice renovation.

It's not a large arena by national standards, but it's not a dump.

Big difference. Wichita state is ranked 11. They are a better basketball program, than about 11 sec programs
