At Risk Guys

Since we aren't going to sign a full class anyways, why can't we take a chance on all the at risk guys? they take a spot in the 25 we could sign, but we aren't going to even sign 20 so wouldn't that be an advantage? Trying to remember the rule on this.

I believe that number still counts towards the 85.  That's why schools no longer sign and place those kids in juco's like they used too.  If that's not the case its something similar. I'm sure someone can clarify better than I can.
