My wife pulled up a few Keto Diet recipes and came across this one and thought I'd try it.  This is not bad!   ;D  I did everything in a cast iron skillet.  I had a little left over and tried it over linguini the next day and I think I like it better over pasta. 
I need to be more like my dog...if you can't fight it, screw it, or eat it, then piss on it.
