Makes sense now.  I think Troy is doing a very good job with its football program.  My wife works at USC(Gamecocks) and we go to USC games alot.  During a USC-Troy game in 2004 I noticed they brought their entire marching band.  I thought that was really cool.  Usually only SEC teams take their bands on road trips. That showed me that Troy wanted to become bigtime.  Also, I've heard they got a nice stadium down there.  Is UAB-Troy becoming a big rivalry?  I view it alot like the UCF-USF rivalry.
