Las Vegas City Center finally open

It ended up costing $8.5 Billion, and when they shut down for over a year nearly bankrupted "local" (re non tourist) businesses including restaurants and weekly apts.  This place  is a must see and includes the 4,004 room Aria Hotel.  I understand they are running some good introductory specials but avoid from right before New Years through the 2nd week of January due to conventions.
