Arkansas -- Junior RHP Charley Boyce.  Boyce pitched 8 innings against Miami.  He gave up 12 hits, 5 runs while striking out 5.
Texas -- Freshman RH Kenn Kasparek (1-0, 1.94 ERA, 12 App., 60.1 IP, 34 K, 24 BB).  He pitched 7 innings against Quinnipiac gave up 5 hits and 2 runs, 1 unearned, 4 strikeouts and 2 walks.

DVH said Schmidt said he can go 1 inning if needed.

if schmidt has to go more than 1 it probably doesnt matter anyway, but I bet if they need him to go 3 he could.

I hope they get some pitchers on campus next year, not just sign them, but actually get them here.  If not Boyce's arm might fall off.  At this rate Boyce might be ready to leave if he gets drafted.
