Does anyone close to the program have any info as to why Kirkland chose to leave early?

From every thing I have seen regarding draft predictions, it may not have been a wise choice. Time will tell.

Also, I have noticed that when CBB is discussing those who graduated and left early for the draft, Kirkland is not part of the discussion. Things that make you go Hmmmmmm?
