USA Today released their post season rankings, as a whole they had the SEC teams ranked much lower than the AP poll. I believe they ranked us #40 before the season.  I've included some teams of interest below.

I've never really liked massey rankings, they have an 8-4 LSU as the 8th best team in the country, ahead of three teams that beat them, and all three Wisconsin, Florida, and Auburn have as many or more victories than the Tigers.

the USA today ranking has Ohio ranked ahead of us despite them having the same amount of losses.  Ohio lost to mf'n Texas State.

You are aware if we apply that to Bielema, it means he is a pedestrian coach who lived well off a great program builder by the name of Alvarez though right? Cause if you can get only 2 losing seasons in 8 years at MSU, ~.500 at Arkansas doesn't really cut it.

I know we didn't have a great year. However on a neutral field I don't think 35 teams would be better.

Kinda silly there. Old Dominion lost 49-22 to NC State and 59-24 to Western Kentucky. Lost 31-7 to App State. Dumbass USA Today goob can't figure out ODU's 10 wins were all crap.

Hard to say.  Many of our problems were self inflicted.  I think we could hang with or get beaten by any team in a power five conference.

hmmm.  with that logic, No way Va Tech (10-4), should be ranked ahead of Tennessee, (9-4) who beat them.
