I've recently fell into residential rental on the corner of Oakland and Cleveland (right by Garland Parking Deck). I have quite a bit of room to park cars for football games (15-20). Anyone have insight on an optimal price point? Could I get more than $20/vehicle? I've never paid much attention to what people charge for parking in yards. Thanks.

You charge and you assume liability for what happens to said cars, FYI.
I ain't saying you babysitting, but my kids are all over your couch.

Sometimes, I think you're a wine-o who found a laptop in a dumpster.

$20 would probably be the max.

Yeah, they get that on the west side of Garland, probably get $15 on the east side.
