Since this nightmare of a season is over for the Hogs, who do you root for in the Big Dance?

I've got Louisville. Wife's an alum.

On a scale of "DGB is a Hog" to "Bobby had a girl on the back of that bike," how sure are you?

I must first cheer for the conference, then the ultimate underdog (such as Nashville's Belmont in recent years) After which I really like Xavier - their coach, school, etc.  They can win the big game!
What a wonderful time to rediscover the hobby for a lifetime - a great book!!!

"If I can't practice, I can't practice. It is as simple as that. It ain't about that at all. It's easy to sum it up if you're just talking about practice. We're sitting here, and I'm supposed to be the franchise player, and we're talking about practice. I mean listen, we're sitting here talking about practice, not a game, not a game, not a game, but we're talking about practice. Not the game that I go out there and die for and play every game like it's my last but we're talking about practice man. How silly is that?

I'm rooting for everyone from the SEC, but especially LSU.  We need them to put on a good performance for the SEC to get back some respect.

Duke.   Normally Indiana, but they're done.   I really enjoyed watching American University win the Patriot, and I always cheer for the Patriot League champ.
No cause, ever, in the history of all mankind, has produced more cold-blooded tyrants, more slaughtered innocents, and more orphans than socialism with power. It surpassed, exponentially, all other systems of production in turning out the dead. The bodies are all around us. And here is the problem: No one talks about them. No one honors them. No one does penance for them. No one has committed suicide for having been an apologist for those who did this to them. No one pays for them. No one is hunted down to account for them. It is exactly what Solzhenitsyn foresaw in The Gulag Archipelago: "No, no one would have to answer. No one would be looked into." Until that happens, there is no "after socialism."

Memphis all the way.

Won't mind seeing North Carolina do well either...it is high on my son's college list.
I don't want you to agree with me because you're weak. I want you to agree with me because you know I'm right.

Missouri will be my first choice. I'd like to see Mike Anderson's team make a deep run.

Mizzou...............show the nation, 40 minutes of hell is still alive and well.

Hot_Town_Hog

SEC all the way....Hope Auburn wins today and makes the Dance, because they could easily get a win. Caught grief earlier for touting the SEC as getting slammed a bit much by the so called experts. This Big 10 crap of getting in at least 8 is a joke. Mich State and Purdue are the only really good teams, and they have been suspect at times. Hope they match up some SEC and Big 10 schools in the Dance.

After the SEC, any Cinderella and will be pulling for my bracket however that sets-up.

Any SEC team, North Carolina and Arkansas' golden boy Mike Anderson.

I'll say Mizzou, just because Mike Anderson was my next door neighbor some years ago and I like the guy.  He had a big fat rottweiler that was nice too.

Whoever goes from the SEC, particularly LSU.  I think they could make a Elite 8 run if they catch some breaks.  And as far as teams that actually have a legit shot to win it all, I'll probably pull for Pitt.  Maybe even OU, although I hate OU.  I kind of like Griffin and Warren.

Whoever is playing UNC or Duke. I also like seeing Louisville and Mizzou win, and kind of like Syracuse after their 6OT win (especially after they followed it with a second OT win.)

Liverpool spanked them pretty good today. Mr. Gerrard and company got the best of them today but there will be more battles to be had. Can't say anything bad about Cristiano though, hes amazing.

But back to the basketball topic, i'll be rooting for Duke from here on out.
