Protein (shakes and bars), creatine, fat burner, fish oil, multivitamins, testosterone boosters?

As in how many of those should one take at a time?

There's a lot that I like.  Some days it's hard to eat right when I'm out on the road or in the field, so I always keep a shaker with protein powder handy.  Hour-long (or more) combat sports sessions take it out of you, so I love to get a postworkout recovery shake immediately afterward.

I take multivitamin packs every day, as well as joint support supplements.  Stim-free fat burners are great for the energy and appetite suppression.

Currently using:

Protein - Isoflex (tasty as hell).  Also love the Turbo shakes from Nutrisystem for their probiotic addition.

Postworkout - G6Sports Replenish

Multivitamins - Myovite

Joint Support - Animal Flex

Most recent stim-free fat burners - Cellucor HD Fire

Test Booster - Can't recommend one.  In the past I've tried some that didn't make me feel anything different, and I've tried some that just made me a walking boner.

The only supplements that I take religiously are protein, creatine, and pre workout.

I agree, Isoflex is great protein powder and tastes great.

For pre workout I'm taking mesomorph.

Protein, multivitamin, and Pre-workout about it for me. Age and current level of health has HUGE factor in it. What a guy at 22 vs 50 are taking comes into play.
