The phrase "Uncommon" is a well known, and likely to some folks anyway, over used word in the lexicon of Razorback football recruiting. However, don't tell that to recent defensive back commit Bryon Haspard. Just a few hours ago he tweeted that he has been recognized as one of 10 (out of a group of 1,897 candidates) recipients of the "Christian Athlete of the Year Legacy Award".

While I'm personally not familiar with this particular honor, it's obviously a pretty exclusive award. Anyone versed in the qualifications necessary for this distinction?

Excellent news, good to see it's not all about forty times, and stat numbers.

I failed to see your thread before meeting Byron, yesterday.  After reading, this speaks well of my impression of this young man.  Glad to see he is the recipient of this award and I look forward to him achieving many more during his time as a Razorback.
