Championship events will be relocated from North Carolina for 2016-17:

2017 Division I Men's Basketball Championship, first/second rounds (Greensboro), March 17 and 19.

Good.  No hostile Carolina fans to deal with.  Send them to Jersey or Philly when available.  More friendly Duke crowds.

NCAA lifted SC ban on holding events when Conf. Flag came down from statehouse in 2015. So Greenville or Columbia could replace Greensboro.

Colonial Life Arena in Columbia, SC is a nice facility and would be a capable NCAA Tournament first. second round site for '17.
