We can't and won't.
The college game is a watered down YMCA league and the best talent goes to about 10 teams.  The rest have to piece together whatever team they can based around a style, philosophy, or just plain get lucky with an "under the radar" type of player.

MA luckily has a philosophy and style that he's implementing.  Hopefully, we'll become one of those 10-ish teams soon.
