There was a center for Blytheville in the 70s that was legally blind. Name was Charlie Partlow.  Seriously. Played for Larry Wright.

Check out the documentary called The Toughest on Amazon Prime Video. It's a good one.

Dr. Partlow is now a professor at USCe.
