Who ya got ?

My A driver will be either Kyle B or Harvick
B: Kurt B, Kyle Larson, Austin Dillon, Jamie Mc
C: Justi Allgaier or Cassill

Right now it is Kyle, Kyle, Kurt and Justin

It's hard to bet against Kyle Busch right now.  It's a tough call this week.  But I think the running order will look a lot like Indy.

We'll also have to suffer through the weird pit strategies so we don't know how we're doing until the final 10 laps.

Why would you not pick Kyle?  I understand a lot of peope don't like him but damn he's killing it.  This new car was made for him

No biggie. I should have clarified I was talking about Fantasy picks in the OP. Most in here that post are in the fantasy league.

Whoa!  Scary wreck for Kasey just 5 laps in.  Spun himself out and hit the pit wall and knocked some helmets 30 feet in the air.

Kahne's tire tracks were right down the line of Jeb Burton's from his nearly identical wreck yesterday.  Crazy.

Agreed.  I hope they don't waste time trying to repair that crack "in case" it happens again.  Just chalk it up to acceptable risk and continue to race.  Otherwise we're looking at a few hour red flag.

Some of the team radios are saying it'll only take 5 to 10 minutes to repair.

I hope that's true.  But it makes me nervous they would red flag instead of do 2 yellow flag laps in the same time.

You're right, I was afraid they would try to reinforce it instead of just doing a repair weld.

I think they ought to paint a #18 on the pace car for the rest of the summer.  They seem to be one and the same since early June.

I dodged a bullet. Switched Busch for Harvick this morning then an hour later went back to Busch.

I think that's only the second motor he's lost since he's been with SHR.  I think he lost one last spring/early summer after he had won a couple races and locked himself in the Chase.

My only guess is they were pushing the limit to see how much they could get out of it.

Or he missed a shift somewhere and over-revved it early.

Yep, had Kyle stopped and splashed, he most likely would have made it to the top 30.  Given his performance at Sonoma, he should be strong at The Glen though.
