Currently around $50 bucks per share. Time to buy? How long until the energy sector booms with all the Nat Gas we have?

Sure is a small dividend.

There are a lot of good natgas stocks.  ECA, ETP, TGP, GLNG, all pay higher dividends.  LNG doesn't pay a dividend yet, but in 2015 it will be the only export facility in the U.S., and probably will be the only one for several years.   I've been trying to buy these stocks while they are in the dumps.  IMO you accumulate stock while it is down.  If it goes down more, great news, keep accumulating at better prices.  If you try to time the bottom of natgas the odds are you will lose out and never have the time to accumulate a worthwhile amount.

HIM was thinking it would be pretty soon, a year or two.  IMO we will need to start exporting natgas, will need more trucking companies to switch over to natgas engines, natgas pumps need to be added to truck stops and service stations all over the country, and more coal fired generating plants need to be converted to natgas, and new natgas generating plants built, before there will be enough demand to drive prices back up to where they were.  This will take time.  If you are looking for a quick turn around for a profit, imo you should look elsewhere.

Every little step helps to move us a little bit closer to the glory days, but it will still require patience.   Drilling companies are starting to switch over to natgas to run their rigs to save 70% on fuel costs.

It will take time, but as the conversions to gas by many different businesses and even some car drivers takes place, and we start exporting, the price of gas will slowly return to near where it use to be (in real dollars, it will get much higher than before in the less valuable inflated dollars).
