Don't know if this is an old topic (please delete if it is) but I just read an interesting article about AAU on espn.com.  Has some ties to Arkansas.

I guess I didn't realize how deep Ron Crawford was in on the national AAU circuit.  It's a good read

Dang, with all these high level AAU reps from Arkansas you would think the Hogs could have been getting some high level players. Even trying to work the system it didnt work out for the UA.
