when we get up on the lead, we seem to think in our heads that we have some cushion that we can let the other team play with as long as it doesn't get too close.  then when they do, it's too late.  if you look at some of the replays when our lead was so huge, their were some things we started not doing.  players were out of position after a shot, BUT DIDN"T CARE.  if uk set a screen, WE WOULD LET IT HAPPEN, JUST LET THEM HAVE THE WIDE OPEN SHOT.  when rondo drove on fergy, he played good defense , BUT DIDN"T BLOCK HIM OUT FOR THE TIP-IN.  somehow we can't block out on free-throws with a 7 footer and 6'10" guy.  these theings have to be stressed 100X MORE when a team has the lead.  we get SUPER-COMPLACENT, BUT DON'T give a $HIT.  that is why we will NEVER EVER live up to our potential.
