You're making the exact same assumptions that people made regarding Irvin's accusers before the first was shown to be specious, about Big Ben's accusers-- and unlike Ben,  Irvin actually has a major criminal drug record *while playing* for your chosen team .   That is rank hypocrisy, and amorality at it's absolute finest,  if you can cheer for one and besmirch the other.   Cheer for both, or cheer for neither,  but one standard need only apply,  lest your conception of morality have no meaning whatsoever, beyond the color of the uniform.

I can forgive a person for a drug problem. I cannot, however, forgive a man for sexually attacking women. Having the accuser plead guilty to perjury was enough for me to not view him as a person beyond forgiveness.
When both of Ben's accusers are proven liars and brought to trial for their crimes, then I will gladly give him the same benefit of the doubt that I extended to Irvin when he was a Cowboy.

What was Big Ben convicted of??

I didnt catch it

Driving without a helmet and an expired motorcycle permit.
No cause, ever, in the history of all mankind, has produced more cold-blooded tyrants, more slaughtered innocents, and more orphans than socialism with power. It surpassed, exponentially, all other systems of production in turning out the dead. The bodies are all around us. And here is the problem: No one talks about them. No one honors them. No one does penance for them. No one has committed suicide for having been an apologist for those who did this to them. No one pays for them. No one is hunted down to account for them. It is exactly what Solzhenitsyn foresaw in The Gulag Archipelago: "No, no one would have to answer. No one would be looked into." Until that happens, there is no "after socialism."

If you looked at him when he was in college, and compare him to now,  you'd probably swear the Buick really won, long term.     He looks like Ali after about 40 fights, compared to what he was like, in terms of awareness and talking,  before being an idiot on a motorcycle.

Yep.   The hypocrisy is rank.

I will try one more time to lay it out for you.

Michael Irvin: Amazing WR who played for the Cowboys. While playing for the Cowboys he was found to have a problem with cocaine. He was accused of sexually assaulting a women while a member of the Cowboys, although it was PROVEN beyond a doubt that the women had made it all up. Later on he left the Cowboys. End of story, I am only talking about him as a Cowboy and the fact that I rooted for him.

Ben Roethlisberger: Amazing QB who plays for the Steelers. He was twice accused of sexually assaulting two women while a member of the Steelers. One was probably made up, the other probably not.
The other was so likely real that he served a suspension from his job, and lost all of his sponsorship including a beef jerky company that was named after him. The charges were dropped because it was found impossible to prove beyond reasonable doubt and the victim no longer wanted the media attention. I think anyone who followed the story will admit that it VERY LIKELY happened. Ben still plays for the Steelers, and people root for him.

There is a difference, anything else is denial. The fact that you see being addicted to drugs and sexually assaulting a helpless women as a 6'7 QB in the same frickin ballpark is something I will never understand.

I think I've argued my point. This hypocrite has better things to do now.

Again, you make the base assumption that someone is 'very likely guilty',  without any supporting action beyond your personal belief.   The idea that you take being a *convicted* drug offender (as well as an alleged sexual abuser, albeit vindicated now for an incident in his playing days) as being less severe than someone who is an alleged sexual abuser speaks absolute volumes.    That you use a completely inconsistent 'standard of conduct' is blatantly obvious.

Was OJ Simpson innocent? If I were on a jury, no, I would not convict unless proven beyond reasonable doubt. In terms of public relations there is a difference. I don't think Irvin did the sexual assault while a Cowboy. I do think Ben probably did assault that women as a Steeler, which is enough for me to not root for him as a player.

I could care less that Irvin did drugs, that is a crime that only hurt himself. The same reason I will still watch Two and a Half Men when Charlie Sheen gets done with "rehab."

But would you buy it, and all the problems accumulated over those miles, knowing that when you buy, you'll have to sign on to leave no wealthier than when you joined?

More likely,  you'd take it for a few dozen spins,  try it out in the mud once or twice, then drop it back at the lot.
