I was just going through our roster on Arkansasrazorbacks.com and noticed Elias Hale listed on our roster. I never remembered seeing his name so I looked him up. He's from Fayetteville so I figured someone would have some information on him. Is he on scholarship, preferred walk-on, or something? I see he had an offer from Cal and Air Force. He could be another guy Coach B really develops down the line.

Pretty athletic. Was going to Cal on scholarship but his parents wanted to keep him home.

If you look at the page you linked, out to the right of where Arkansas is listed you'll see a little stick man that looks like he's walking, meaning he is a walk-on.  Not sure if he's preferred or not.

Great to get a 3 star kid to walk on.  If he loves the game I see him getting a Scholarship in 2 years.

possible Fullback . but at tight end , he can really fly . and has fairly good hands . the fact that Cal offered tells you he can play.

He's good looking kid. I liked him in camp. He has a very good frame and I could see him contributing as an inside guy.
