It's not worth it, we aren't guaranteed success.  IMO a coach only needs 3 years to turn it around,  not 6-7.

Truth be told, those classes are better than what Mike usually does but they aren't anything special. Just go look up the players rankings. Not a single player in either class that would be considered elite.
