PM Process

New at the pm process.
When you get and email at home that you have a pm and go to the link in the email to respond, is the response you make and send automatically addressed to the person who sent the pm?
The pm was important and I appreciate any reply here.

If you respond from the link you receive in the email, yes, it goes that person.  If you respond via email, it goes to the website email address (not the person you want to, but Administration here).
