How to ignore someone's posts and private messages on here

Douglas, I really hate to spoil your fun here (wheres a innocent whistling smilie when you need one).
This is actually a feature in SMF 2.0.
If you go to Profile -> Personal Messaging and then in the Ignore user list add usernames.

This will take affect for the forums as well as personal messages. While the wildcard (*) for removing everyone is not supported, you can do this still. It provides a link to show their message still as well

Make sure to read the instructions though on how to use it for multiple names.

Edit, to add a button shouldn't be to hard. Just need to have a button that contains the message id (for redirection) and the user id on a new action. It will append the new username (after getting the info from the database) and then redirect to the topic.
