This will put some pressure directly on Chaney.  Kind of like when we signed Mustain.

Don't necessarily see the direct correlation. While both may have been #1 at this particular position, Chaney was obviously NOT involved in any way with recruiting Mitch. The overall talent situation between the two is also vastly different.

Highly rated local kid that's already a folk hero. The pressure for him to succeed will be huge. Seems awfully familiar.

Well, I looked in the recruiting forum and this one, and didn't see anything about it.  Never thought to look in the SEC forum as well . . .

Mod can fold this thread into the other one, if he/they wish.

I'll book the trip to the Blue's Clues show, somebody get us a sippy cup of the finest chocolate milk, and let's lock this kid up.!!

Shocking that a kid from Ga would choose to go to Georgia. I was told here that kids  do not often stay close to home when choosing a college.
People ask me what I do in winter when there is no baseball.  I will tell you what I do. I stare out the window, and I wait for spring.

There's a better than 99% chance that either Eason or Fromm aren't there next year

There's ALWAYS pressure of one type or another at UGa.

Thought i read somewhere recently that Cam Newton and his brother (plays on Howard that upset UNLV this season) was joking how the state of Georgia didnt bring in the best two QB to the home school or something close to that.

So i'd think they'd feel less pressure now that he committed to UGA.
