Scoring isn't the only metric that should be weighed. The kid was droipping with talent and will be a very very good pass first PG for someone. Hope Cal gives him a look and I hope he looks back.its telling thou he hasn't landed anywhere yet 2

College sports is dead. Hello Semi-Pro with a free (to the players) education thrown in. Why bother going to school at all? Just pay them to play. Utter garbage. Just like everything else is turning into. 4

Women Razorback sports / Re: Mike Neighbors. It’s Time.Last post by hogsticker - Today at 11:36:12 pmNeighbors is a joke of a coach but HY doesn't care because women's basketball is not a winning revenue source. HY doesn't care because it doesn't matter to the grand scheme of revenue. Anyone that actually goes to the women's basketball games knows this fact. I am a season ticket supporter and very few fans actually go to the girls games. Maybe 500 fans give a darn about the girls record. More fans show up for gymnastics than girls basketball games. If Neighbors wins or loses it makes no difference. Neighbors is a terrible coach but HY doesn't care.

Maybe we should win a few games before we get too full of ourselves. No can do..not any games scheduled for a long while. Celebrate while you can, don't be a nervous Nellie. 7

Women Razorback sports / It is time to eliminate NIL an...Last post by logic - Today at 11:25:07 pmBoth are easy enough to do. The first with the clause, "In consideration for my scholarship, I grant the college all right to my name and likeness." If a player wants NIL, let them walk-on and forgo the scholarship. The NCAA can simply re-implement the one-year transfer rule.
With the exception of players such as Makayla Daniels and a few others, players lack loyalty to their college and team. One player knowing he was going to be drafted in the NBA, even dropped out of the NCAA tournament. Since that is how players are, I no longer have any objection to recruiting over them. |
