Didn't know the regular season was the playoffs. I'm pretty sure they will be just fine when it actually matters.

Joe went 5-10.  12 pts 3 reb 3 ast 30 mins

He looked pretty comfortable out there for his first game on a new squad. 

Also he got the start and he made a big impact.

Yeah he is doing fine. He went to a place with nice weather. He doesn't care to win a ring which is cool. It's nicer in Miami during winter than it is in Cleveland.
