When do we know for sure which signees will enroll and which ones will not?

Do the coaches tell us on signing day or does it go unsaid until the media figures out who will not qualify for sure?

I think when we get a signed LOI by fax it can be announced at that point.  Most of the time the guys around here are on top of it though.

 I don't think the school is allowed to talk about them until they are enrolled.

Coaches can discuss recruits after the LOI is signed.  Some are already known to be sign-and-place.  Others will have to wait until graduation.  A few might even not be known until after summer school.
