I like getting them once a week.  Can be very informative.

Yeah I've learned some good things from those.  I also get the Weekly Fishing Report email.  Then when I'm sitting in the boat getting skunked I can scroll through the email on my phone and say to the wife "See!  It says they're bitin' on chartreuse and minnows!"
