Best media appearance I've ever witnessed.  If you aren't convinced that he can get it done as the head hog, I don't know who else can.  Consistency, bearing, discipline.  This man believes in those things, unwaivering.  I strongly believe we will win 10 games this year.

If you've got a dumba** son, do you love him any less?  no.  you just overlook his faults b/c you love him.  At least that's what my dad does.

I was very impressed by Butch Jones yesterday also.

We couldn't ask for a better man, that has taken control of the University that we cherish so much. Winning is one thing, but winning the right way with the mentality that he desires and expects is on another level. WOO PIG!

I realize I'm a homer, but he puts forward his thoughts on subjects in a way that makes you think outside the box. He definitely is a great interview, and speaker.

Absolutely love the guy!

The longer he's here, the more I like Bret Bielema (and I liked him a whole lot the day he was hired).

I loved what Marcus Spears had to say after Coach B's press conference.
When the panel was asked what they thought - Spears said "I feel like I'm a better person after listening to that" - (that may not be word for word, but it's close).

Coach B is very efficient at making statements that will read like candy to a future recruit.  He leaves a trail through the forest that a lot of players can't help but follow.

He is pretty cool.

Give Bielema a few years and he will replace Spurrier as the most-quotable coach in the SEC. And that's a good thing when it comes to positive coverage from the national media.

I would preface that with "coherent" quotes.
Miles is quotable - but he's the only one who knows what they mean.

Face it.. Bielema really cares for his players and it shows, complete opposite of the former coach that ended up in a roadside ditch.  I'm totally glad Long went with integrity, even though the vast majority of us thought he was crazy at the time. Just wait until Bielema gets all his pieces in place, and I can guarantee he is just getting started. Bright, bright future for us as our program is in great hands!!

Bruce Feldman:

The comment about checking social media of potential recruits before offering was awesome.

Bielema calls #Arkansas' rout of Texas in the bowl where Ark kneeled on the ball near the UT goaline to end the blowout "borderline erotic"

http://www.cbssports.com/collegefootball/eye-on-college-football/25242150/bret-bielemas-feelings-about-beating-texas-borderline-erotic

Bret Bielema's already received plenty of attention for his appearance at SEC Media Days on Wednesday, whether it's been for his shoes or for doing his best to troll the greatest shade-throwing coach of all time, Steve Spurrier.

And now things are getting a little kinky.

When asked about how he felt when Arkansas finished off its 31-7 Texas Bowl victory over Texas with three kneel-downs after a first and goal, Bielema made it sound like the game tape should be uploaded on Pornhub by now.

"It was a proud moment," said Bielema. "Borderline erotic."

I can understand why Badger fans were so butthurt when he left for Arkansas.  I will be the same if he were to leave us.

GolfnHog

What a great day for Hognation. If you can't be proud and puff out your chest for the way Coach B and BA, JWill and Keon represented the UofA and the state of Arkansas then something is missing in your DNA make up.

Coach B's skill set with the press is getting to legendary status and all 3 young men were articulate, poised and awesome ambassadors for all things AR.

Just a great way to wrap up a Wednesday! #woopig

This.

"Coach Fry used to say all the time, you recruit your own problems. All he was saying to us as assistant coaches, if you want to recruit a young man who's going to cause to you have gray hairs or make you stay awake on Friday night or make you have an issue that you don't want to deal with, then you recruit him," Bielema said. "If you want to recruit somebody of high character and value, somebody you can trust to not only watch your house, but your children, someone you can count on to share carries of 1,000 yards each rather than trying to get 1,800 for one, now you're going to build something that matters."

Coach B and the players make me proud. They all conduct themselves in a very positive way. I like the way Coach B says he will only recruit players with the right character. I also liked his shoes. Go Hogs!

Bret is always a good interview.  I've loved the fact that he really does speak his mind.  He knows how to work a crowd. Great things are coming for the Hogs...and media types.  He always gives you something to work with.

Anyone know where we can see the entire Interview ? Not just a three minute clip ???

Is there a link to the uncut interview with CBB at SEC Media Days today? I am trying to convince my girlfriend that Arkansas doesn't run a thug program (Fulmer Cup) and this link will serve as great ammo for the cause. She's from Missouri and has been fed a bunch of lines about our team. Help, please!!

Was running errands around Madison this afternoon and heard some sports radio guys giggling about the "erotic" comment without providing any context.  (The sports media here still enjoy poking fun at Bielema, as you can imagine.)  I knew Hogville would fill in the blanks for me.

Old Hog, I agree wholeheartedly. I've said it before - Coach B is my favorite Razorback football coach of all time and I've been following them since Frank Broyles was our coach. He truly is the perfect fit and if there's any justice in this world, he'll lead us to championships in the SEC and nationally.

Did anybody else hear him when he was at the desk with Dari Nowkah? Dari was asking him about our big offensive line and if they were athletic enough to get out to the edge for screens and what not. Coach B told him that they worked on those things a whole lot in practice, they were just never called. He kind of had a look that he wanted them to be called more and that we would have success doing it.

Not exact quotes but close enough.

Anyways, it got me excited.
