I want to put my wifes name on a piece of property I own outright   How do I do this??  This is a 1st for me as I own everything in my own name but now want to start putting on some property by property.   Thanks

Quit claim to yourself and your wife and file it in the county courthouse where the property is located.  You'll need a notary.
