According to Stewart Thomson they are.
The bolding is mine, imo that is true of all bubbles, real estate, stock market, whatever.

2.While American goldland claims Asians are lining up in the street to buy gold, Asians claim that Asians are dumping gold to buy real estate via investment trusts, in search of yield. Asians REITs are paying out over 4% in average yield, now.
3.Who should YOU believe, the Americans or the Asians? My suggestion is that both are correct. And, I find it interesting that Martin Armstrong suggests that his summer of 2015 "supertop" could be about... real estate.
4.The Asian public investor Fudds are buying real estate in a frenzy, and another 2 years of price-chasing would be just want Dr. Chimp ordered, to complete the set-up for a super-crash.

5.Super-crashes only happen when the public is not just buying, but borrowing large amounts of money from the chimps(banksters), and using those funds to chase price higher, to get all the free money.

6.Goldland told you that Asians are different. They supposedly only buy bargains. That's hogwash. Asians are the world's biggest gamblers, and if you want to see your gold rocket take off higher, Captain Kirk style, then just sit back, relax, and let Team Chimp unveil the new and improved Mahjong REITs for the Asian Fudds to price-chase, and by the time mid-year 2015 arrives, with the business cycle at a peak, well...
7.Can you even imagine what happens to Asian Fudds if, right at the peak of the biz cycle, the chimps start hiking rates because they tell their central bank managers that they "must" stop the out of control REIT bubble, before it gets any bigger?
8.Armstrong's long term cycle predictions are roughly valid, because they are based on the same real world business cycle used by the Fed.
