This credit scoring syste is going to have to be revamped anyway after BHO pays everyones mortgage bills (default to the ones in default, sorry) and the housing industry crashes again in 6 months to a year. 
Credit scoring as we know it is toast in reality.

IMO they shouldn't "score" you anyway.  All they should do is keep track of your existing credit, note any defaults and such, keep specific ratios such as debt to credit, and stick to keeping facts and not make up complex formulas based on assumptions.  Lenders just get a list of these credit facts and make their own credit decisions.
