I guess I'm probably the first to blink. Started a couple of weeks taking profits and lowering my equity exposure. I think downside risk is for greater than upside. Not getting out altogether but allocation is headed to 30%. The one I'm in a bit of a quandary about are REIT funds. Rising interest rates will hurt them but they have been paying we'll. Any thoughts?

Yeah, I've gotten defensive.

Have attached puts to equity exposure and have added an inverse bond etf to play rising rates.
What did you say? I missed it. Was distracted. My side piece was arguing with my side piece
