Trying to gain some insight here. In his interviews, VH talks of players having a great batting practice. What exactly does a bp for the Hogs consist of? Are we talking your typical bp with coaches throwing, or something else?

Yep. The typical BP of coaches throwing behind an L screen. You can actually get a pretty good read for who is locked in.
