MONTICELLO, Ark. – Bryan Allen rushed for a season-high 114 yards, while KJ Reid had 14 tackles and an interception return for a touchdown, but the No. 24 Arkansas Tech Wonder Boys football team (4-2, 4-2 Great American Conference) was unable to overcome 545 yards of total offense by the Arkansas-Monticello Boll Weevils (3-3, 3-3) on Saturday, dropping a 46-45 decision at Convoy Leslie-Cotton Boll Stadium.

Terrez Hampton was Tech's leading receiver with 47 yards and a score.
Reid was joined in double figure tackles by Hakeem Enis and Cua' Rose, who had 12 and nine stops respectively.
Tech was penalized nine times for 72 yards, while UAM was penalized six times for 54 yards.
UAM had 31 first downs to Tech's 17.
Tech was 2-of-9 on third downs while UAM converted on 11 of 17.
UAM ran 93 plays to Tech's 54, and held a 40:32 to 19:28 advantage in time of possession.
The Wonder Boys took advantage of the two UAM turnovers, scoring 14 points on the subsequent possessions.
Both teams were perfect in red zone opportunities – Tech was 4-for-4 while UAM was 6-of-6.
