Whole Hog Sports has a list up now:

Interesting that Loseke is the only Hog playing up on the Cape this year although I suspect Koch could join him should he not make Team USA.

when I have posted boxcores on Hogville before it never perfectly preserves formatting, but you just have to match the lover data numbers with the columns (one set of numbers with a corresponding column).  It looks like on desktop like he could have either given up 2 hrs or he could have had two strike outs, its equidistant from the heading, but if you match up all the way across its clear that he had two strike outs, gave up zero hits, and hence gave up no hrs.

I'm trying to make it so people can view this at a glance at not have to work to find the stats. These summer ball stats aren't very user-friendly anyway.

got you Spal, I've tired to do that with various sports (softball, BB and so forth in the past).  No matter how good and well spaced I have it on my screen it never keeps that formatting after its posted.  I have even gone in and corrected it, but after I have corrected, it doesn't save that way.  So I have just done the best I can, and posted since with a qualifier-I do better work than the post shows!

Update on a few players:

Matt Cronin gave up 2 runs on a 2b and HR last night in 1.2 innings and struck out 3 and walked 1.

Evan Lee is 3-5 with 2 2b's, 2 runs, a SB, and 1K in 2 games.

Dominic Fletcher went 1-4 with a SB in his first game.

McFarland is on his roster but without stats

Cole, Williams and Denton are not listed in rosters

Jackson Rutledge needs to settle in some more....gave up a lot of BB in first two appearances but went one scoreless inning in his last outing.

This is huge for us to not only be getting him to campus, but having him playing for the PUF Caps this year.  He will be playing against teams in the California Summer League and will basically be coming in like a redshirt freshman.  Fletcher went out and had a good summer for them so it is promising to see him have a good night like that.

TebowHater

Re Koch - he was originally scheduled to play in the Cape Cod league since like March. IIRC, though, there was no mention of it in his post-season PC. Said he had Team USA try outs coming up and if that didn't go through sounded like he would just be in Fayetteville. Not sure what his actual status is now.

hogwild04

Does anyone know if any other of these in-coming freshman are playing in a summer college league other than Bonnin?  Be nice to see what some of these guys can do in a college setting, 9 innings and playing vs Soph and Jrs will test them, be interesting to see how they stack up.

dotnet

Evan Lee has faced 13 batters.  1 Walk, 2 1b, 7Ks, 2 GOs, 1 AO, and not sure on the other 2 outs (DPs? Caught stealing, etc.?)

Offensively in 6 games he has slashed 471/591/706 with four doubles.  5BBs and 5ks

Fletcher, in six games, has slashed 320/370/640 with 2 doubles and 2 home runs.  1BB and 4Ks.

Jackson Rutledge and Bryce Bonnin's teams played each other Monday in California.   Rutledge went 2 innings , 2 hits, 2 runs, 4 walks, 2ks, looked to settle down after 1st, Bonnin closed last 3 innings getting the save as his team won, 1 hit, 0 runs, 4 walks, 3 ks.   Both looked to go deeper in counts and too many walks, Bonnin also looked to settle down as he went past his 1st inning striking out the last 2 batters he faced.  He also is batting .500 this summer, 10/20 with 4 double and a triple with 8 rbis in the 5 games in which he played the field and batted. Looks like Rutledge getting some ABs as well.

Yeah, especially since he's considered an elite defensive OF.  He isn't the fastest guy, but he takes excellent routes and has a cannon.

Team USA is loaded with college stars, and playing exhibition games. It's pretty much a rotation at this point.  The starters head coach is an Assistant though.

Pretty funny, but would rather he not be put in a position to hurt his arm in meaningless summer ball, I think.
