My one message would be: Quit the crap. Quit making excuses, kids not developing, whining about injuries, and other things that happen to virtually any team by this time of the season. How about actually doing what you're paid for like actually coaching, preparing the kids for a game, doing some game planning and actually making adjustments during the game and half time? You know: the things that all successful coaches do. Tired of having you paid a king's ransom and receiving a pauper's return for our $$$$$$$.
