UK scouting our games

As i left the stadium last night and turned out of parking on to razorback road, i was behind a vehicle at the stop light on MLK with the special kentucky plates with the UK logo on them. What is a UK fan doing at our home opener? Could it be a staffer from UK scouting our team?

Is everyone with one of those Razorback license plates a staff member at the U of A?  Lets go conspiracy theory, it was actually a Mizzou scout with fake UK plates to come in and scout...  He does not like watching film on tape.  Or maybe he drove all the way from Lexington to get some Andy's Frozen Custard... That stuff is good!
