Grilled Tequila Chicken

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (i perfer C cup, but if your hungry go D cup breast)
1/3 cup lime juice
2 TBSP jalapeno pepper jelly
2 TBSP fresh chopped cilantro
2 TBSP tequila (and some more in a shot glass for when the food is cooking)
2 TBSP olive oil
1 tsp fresh minced garlic
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Mix all ingredients in a ziplock bag. Let marinate overnight. Post/Reply on Hogville.net before you go to bed. Get up post/reply some more.
Put in a foil pan and pour everything in the pan. Get your grill to approximately 350, bring to a boil for 15 to 20 minutes. Then take breast out and place on grill to get golden brown. Use left over marinade for brushing. Let the girls eat this and then go make yourself something BRATS! Just kidding, this is very good. I made these tonight and the family was raving about them.
