Anybody know the chances of CBP renewing Quin Franklin's scholarship offer. He looked really good at the camp and I think he's poised for a breakout season after waiting his turn at WR behing the Arky signees...Is there anyway they pack some lbs. on him and give him a shot at DE

Rivals only has as a 2* but I assume they'll up that to at least 3 as soon as they get ahold of his film

Quin Franklin is one of those guys who needs to have a breakout year to get an offer.  Hopefully he has a great senior season and the rest will take care of itself.
