I came across this video today.  Made me a little nostalgic for my Navy days.  Nostalgic as in - "Man, that was a cool job;  but man, sure glad I don't have to do that anymore!"  I'm sure the pucker factor was pretty high.

Holy crap.

I've often wondered about bad WX and carriers, you know they get in situations where they leave on mission and there is rarely gonna be another option but to return to the carrier. Even in good weather the seas can get extremely rough, which adds a whole new dimension.
