One of the only coaches who has the ability to win at a school like Arkansas. We don't have the talent, money, or prestige of most of the schools in the SEC, so we need an incredible coach to even be competitive.

I wouldn't be opposed to Norvell, but this is only his second year coaching college football. Do we really want to take another extremely risky chance on an unproven guy? I also wouldn't be opposed to Kiffin.
